Hi!
I've had some difficulties with the blog this past week. The design of the caddee.se site has changed and that brought a few problems.
I tried to blog when I was in France but I was not able to access the site properly. I still can't upload any pictures which is frustrating but I'll give you an update on my game.
I missed the cut in France after rounds of 73-73. My game was not terrible, it just seemed like I could not get the right momentum. I'm proud with how I acted during the week and I feel that my game is heading in the right direction.
I flew back home this past Saturday and then drove down to the south of Sweden the day after. I practiced on Monday and walked the course (Elisefarm GC). We played the first round today.
I shot 72 (even) today and it was a mixed bag of shots. I did not hit many greens today (only 10), much less then I normally do but I managed to save a few pars. Made one eagle out there, 3 solid shots.
I hope to be able to post pictures soon, a blog is a lot more fun with pictures.
On this new site you can post comments and hit "like" or "dislike" buttons. You don't have to register like on the old site so it's a lot easier to post comments now.
Hope you hit the like button :)
Bye for now.

Good morning!
It's still early. I'm on my way to France this morning. First stop is
Paris and then onwards in a car (for 4-5 hrs) until we reach Lamballe
and Val Andre.
I played in this event last year so I'm looking forward to get back there. It's a tricky course with some very scenic views.
Now, boarding time and maybe I'll get some extra hours of sleep on the plane.
See you in France my friends.

World class area (May 5th)

Good afternoon!
This week has been a great practice week. I've been focusing on playing a lot to get into play mode and not spend too much time on the range. The putting green has been my second home, I've spending a lot of time there working on reading the green and on my routine while putting. I've been making my practice very similar to what I face on the course.
During the past year we've been working on a creating a new short game area at Viksjö GK. I've been able to be a part of the design stage of the whole process. The reason for my involvement was to give my opinion of what I think a practice area should look like. Late in the fall last year they tore down a house that was standing on the designated area. During the past couple of weeks they've started the process of moving dirt around and shaping the land. This week I've been spending some time with the designer and our course superintendent, asking questions, listening and giving my feedback to them. I'm not the one making the decisions but it's fun be a part of the team and give my input.
It's looking very good so far

Big area.

This is going to be a deep bunker. My bag is just off the edge of the intended green.
I'll give you more info as we get further in the process of creating this world class short game area.
Back soon!
